摘要
哮喘是一种由遗传因素和环境因素相互作用形成的多基因遗传疾病,近年来随着分子生物学和遗传学的不断发展,对哮喘相关基因的研究日渐深入。本文对CHI3L1、ORMDL3、ADRB2、IL-4、IL-4R、IL-13和IFN-γ等近年来哮喘相关基因的最新研究进展作一综述。
Asthma is a polygenic genetic disease formed by the interaction of genetic and environmental fac- tors.
