摘要
通过对目前全世界范围内哮喘发病率持续增高和防治工作中所面临的各种困难以及有效教育管理机制缺陷的分析,评价规范化标准化哮喘教育管理内容及其在儿童哮喘防治中所产生的正向推动作用,分析当前国内外现有的哮喘管理模式,了解各种模式的出发点、优势以及能够带来的效果,以正视国内哮喘管理中存在的问题和挑战,并通过对国内现存管理策略的剖析和新型模式的展望,力求寻找适合我国国情和现状的有效对策,达到对哮喘患儿进行早期干预、早期诊断与治疗。
To analyze the continuing increase of asthma incidence, the difficulties in the prevention and management of asthma, and the deficiency of management system in the efficient asthma education all over the world; To evaluate the positive effects of standard and systemic management education in the prevention of childhood asthma; To analyze the extant models of asthma management at home and abroad, and to understand the starting point, the advantage, and the effect of different models; To face up to the problems and challenges of asthma management in our country, to seek an effective strategy suited to our country based on the analysis of the current asthma management in our country and the prospection of the new models, and to accomplish the purpose of early prevention, diagnosis and therapy for asthma.
