IL-6及TNF-a在肠道病毒EV71型感染致重症手足口病患者中的表达及临床意义 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨IL-6及TNF-a在EV71型感染手足口病重症患者、普通患者及正常儿童中的表达与临床意义。方法收集2010年4月-2011年12月在我院治疗的病例,根据病情对其分组,另取无手足口病儿童作为对照组,借助化学发光法检测IL-6及TNF-a在患者血清的浓度,并进行统计学分析。结果 IL-6及TNF-a在重症患者中显著高表达,较另两组差异有统计学意义。结论 IL-6及TNF-a可作为诊断和治疗EV71型重症手足口病患者的临床依据。
