摘要
目的:通过检测肠道病毒71型手足口病(HFMD)患儿血清中轻链κ、轻链λ和κ/λ比值的变化,探讨血清轻链检测在手足口病诊断中的意义。方法:对178例EV71感染的手足口病患儿和40例健康体检儿童的血清标本进行轻链κ、轻链λ及κ/λ比值检测,并对其结果进行统计学分析。结果:HFMD组血清轻链κ水平显著低于健康组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;HFMD组血清轻链λ水平及κ/λ比值与健康组比较有所降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。HFMD组血清轻链κ、λ及κ/λ比值异常率均显著高于健康组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:EV71感染的手足口病患儿的轻链结果有显著变化,提示EV71感染的手足口病患儿存在体液免疫的紊乱。
Objective： To explore the significance of serum light chain detection of enterovirus 71 in diagnosis of hand- foot-and- mouth disease（ HFMD） by detecting the changes of serum light chain κ,light chain λ and κ /λ ratio in HFMD children with enterovirus 71 infection. Methods： The serum light chain κ,light chain λ and κ /λ ratio in 178 HFMD children with enterovirus 71 infection and 40healthy children were detected. The results were statistically analyzed. Results： The serum level of light chain κ in HFMD group was statistically significantly lower than that in healthy group（ P〈0. 05）. The serum level of light chain λ and κ /λ ratio in HFMD group were lower than those in healthy group,but there was no statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The abnormal rates of light chain κ,λ and κ /λ ratio in HFMD group were statistically significantly higher than those in healthy group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The light chain results of HFMD children with enterovirus 71 infection change significantly,which indicates that humoral immunity disorder exists in HFMD children with enterovirus 71 infection.
