前瞻性早期护理干预方案对儿科重症手足口病患儿治疗效果及预后的影响 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]探究前瞻性早期护理干预方案对儿科重症手足口病(HFMD)患儿治疗效果及预后的影响。[方法]前瞻性选取2018年9月—2019年4月某院儿科收治的60例重症HFMD患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施前瞻性早期护理干预,比较两组患儿干预后临床效果及预后情况。[结果]观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),总并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]对重症HFMD患儿应用前瞻性早期护理干预可明显提高临床治疗效果,取得良好预后。
