摘要
从编辑实践出发 ,对学报建立并完善编辑初审、专家评审、主编终审的三级审稿制及如何提高审稿的质量等问题作了分析与探讨。并提出了相应的切实可行的建议。
Based on their experiences, the authors in this paper analyze and ameliorate the rules regulating the process of editors' initial examination, experts' examination and chief editor's final examination. The authors also put forward a number of proposals for improving the quality of academic journals.
