摘要
为满足市场和冷轧薄板厂自身发展需求,进一步增加产品规模、扩大品种范围,在食品包装行业采用镀铬板代替镀锡板。为便于镀铬板的生产,设计、组建、投产了连续镀铬机组。该机组经三年时间的生产实践,其产能已达到设计水平,产品质量满足了用户要求。对该机组作简要的介绍,以供同行参考。
In order to meet the increasing reqirement of product scales and varieties,the tin free chromium coated steel sheet is used in food packaging industry instead of tinplate.A continuous chrome-plating production line was built to manufacture tin free steel sheet.After three years＇ production,the capacity of this line has reached its design level,and the quality of tin free chromium plated steel sheet can satisfy the requirement of different customers.
