摘要
本文概述了近年来国内外应用 RT PCR及 RFLP技术对鸡传染性支气管炎病毒 ( IBV)进行诊断与分型的研究进展。主要介绍以 IBV通用引物的 RT PCR进行诊断及其应用、型特异引物的 RT PCR及其应用以及 RT PCR结合 RFLP分析技术进行分型的应用 。
The article reviews the update advances in research on the genotyping of avian infectious bronchitis virus(IBV) by reverse transcriptase ploymerase Chain reaction(RTPCR) and restriction frament length polymorphism analysis(RFLP). It mainly introduces the genotyping by RTPCR based on the universal and serotypespecific primers of IBV and the subsequent RFLP analysis. The article also prospects for the opplication of these techniques in field diagnosis and molecular epidemeology.
