摘要
同ＩＢＶ参考株比较，中国ＩＢＶ流行株血清型内和血清型间在基因型和组织嗜性上均已发生变异；研究首次表明ＩＢＶ血清型、基因型及组织嗜性间存在有规律的相关性；病毒免疫原Ｓ１基因的点突变在一定程度上可影响病毒的免疫原性。
Avian infectious bronchitis(IB)has been one of the most important infectious virosis in present chicken farm.Its the major reason for the immune defeat of routine vaccines that the changing of virus serotype,genetype and tissue tropism caused by the variation of IBV genome RNA.Studies on the pathogenology and prevention of IBV have been the popular points under present condition.To investigated the variation of IBV in China,supported by the B class projects of National Climbing Research Plan,isolates from different area of China were used in this test to discover the variation and the relationship among the serotype,genetype and tissue tropism of IBVs,the effect to the immunogencity of IBV caused by the site mutation on the HVR of S1 gene. Results demonstrated that much variation on serotype,genetype and tissue tropism of the IBVs in China were observed,and the regular relationship among the above three aspects was discovered for the first time,also the site mutation on the HVR of S1 gene was proved to effect the immunogencity of IBV.
