江西地方猪品种的线粒体遗传多样性研究 被引量:4

摘要 试验对江西8个地方猪种153个个体进行D-1oop高变区测序,获得长度为515 bp的序列进行多态性分析,单倍型多样性值从修水杭猪的0.338±0.120到玉山黑猪的0.819±0.064,碱基多样性从赣中南花猪的0.000 8±0.000 5到玉山黑猪的0.007 9±0.006 6。对所有样本进行分子差异等级分析(AMOVA),品种内的方差组分占62.27%,表明8个猪品种间没有出现显著的遗传分化,品种间表现弱的遗传结构。对153条序列进行网络关系和歧点分布分析表明,整个猪群体曾经历了群体扩张事件。 The mitochondrial hypervariable region (HVR) of the mtDNA control region in 153 pigs of 8 Jiangxi breeds was sequenced. The haplotype diversity values ranged from 0. 338 ± 0. 120 in Xiushui Hang to 0. 819 ±0. 064 in Yushan Black,and the nucleotide diversity values from 0. 000 8 ±0. 000 5 in Ganzhongnan spotted to 0. 007 9 ± 0. 006 6 in Yushan Black. The analysis of Molecular Variance (ANOVA) indicated that there was obvious geographic structure among Jiangxi pig breeds. The population expansion analysis based on mismatch distribution and Fu' s Fs statistics indicated that Jiangxi pigs once experienced a population expansion.
