摘要
目的探讨MSCT增强长时间延迟扫描及其后处理技术在输尿管囊肿诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾分析15例经手术病理或影像学证实的输尿管囊肿患者的临床及完整CT资料,总结CT延迟扫描技术并利用MPR、VR、CPR等重组图像,全方位显示病变的病因、形态变化及合并的泌尿系畸形。结果 15例中,左侧5例,右侧10例,15例均为单纯型输尿管囊肿,均合并肾积水。其中4例经VR可直观显示合并的重复肾畸形、输尿管畸形。3例显示输尿管壁内段狭窄。8例可动态观察囊肿的形态变化。诊断准确率100%。结论 MSCT增强长时间延迟扫描及其多种后处理技术可为输尿管囊肿的明确诊断提供可靠信息。
Objective To evaluate the application value of ureter cyst by long time delay scanning of the enhanced MSCT and postprocessing techniques. Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical and CT data of 15 cases which been confirmed ureteral cyst by operation, pathology or imaging studies ,and summarize the etiology, the morphological changes and the accessorial malformation in urinary system all-around by using CT delayed scaning technique and MPR, VR, CPR reconstructed image. Results among 15 cases,5 cases were detected on the left side, right side in 10 cases, 15 cases were all simple ureter cyst simplex, and combined with hydronephrosis, 4 cases which were confirmed duplication of the kidney and ureter malformation can display by VR visually. 3 cases showed lower ureter straitness. In 8 cases of ureter cysts' morphologic changing can be observed dynamically. Diagnostic accuracy of 110%. Conclusion Long time delay scanning of the enhance MSCT and the postprocessing techniques can diagnose ureter cyst definitely by providing reliable information.
