摘要
目的探讨CT对输尿管结石的诊断价值。方法对57例经临床证实为输尿管结石患者的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果①CT对输尿管结石确诊55例(96.5%);②输尿管下段结石39例(68.4%),中上段结石18例(31.6%);③结石在CT图像上均为高密度;④CT对结石引起的继发性改变,显示效果较好。结论:CT对输尿管结石的检查优于X线平片及B超,尤其是对输尿管下段小结石的显示较佳。
Objective To evaluate the value of CT in diagnosis of ureter stone. Methods 57 cases with clinic-proved ureter stones examined by CT scanning were analyzed retrospectively. Results Certain diagnosis was made by CT scanning in 55 cases (96.5%); The stones in lowersegment of ureter in 39 cases (68.4%), in middle and upper segment of ureter in 18 cases (31.6%) were confirmed; The ureter stones were showed as high density on the CTimages; The secondary changes could be showed clearly on the CT images. Conclusion The CT scanning is better than conventional X-ray and B-ultrasonic examination in diagnosis of the ureter stone, especially the stones in the lower segment of ureter.
