螺旋CT对梗阻性黄疸的诊断在基层医院应用(附50例分析) 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT对梗阻性黄疸的诊断价值。方法筛选临床及影像学材料较完整的50例,均经螺旋CT平扫,螺距为1,扫描完毕后即作5mm或2mm的薄层重建。其中17例恶性梗阻性黄疸患者,9例作了造影增强扫描及5、10、15、20min延迟扫描。良性梗阻33例中,4例作了增强扫描。结果螺旋CT能对各种良、恶性梗阻性黄疸作出定位及定性诊断,效果满意。17例恶性梗阻患者,只1例误诊,准确率94.2%。33例良性梗阻中,无1例误诊。采用增强扫描,特别对恶性梗阻性黄疸患者,是必要的补充。结论螺旋CT对梗阻性黄疸的诊断是目前最好的影像学方法。 Objective To evaluate the applicable value of spiral CT in diagnosing the cause of obstructive jaundice. Methods The CT features in 50 patients with clinical and imaging datas completely were analyzed. After plain scanning (pitch 1), reconstructive pictures (2~ 5mm collimation) were performed. Of 17 patients with MOJ, 9 patients were injected contrast medium . The delay scanning was done after 5' 10' 15' 20' 30', Of 33 cases of benign obstructive jaundice ,4 patients were injected contrast medium. Results Spiral CT can make locational and histological diagnosis of benign and malignant obstructive jaundice . In 17 patients with MOJ, there was only one case of misdiagnosis. The correct rate was 94.2 % .The enhanced scanning must be served as a supplement to diagnosing MOJ. Conclusion Spiral CT is now the best examination for revealing obstructive jaundice. [
