摘要
根据24小时半致死盐度值,测定了不同温度下蒙古裸腹溞(M(?)ina mongolic(?))生存和生殖的盐度上限和下限,试验表明这种溞可能是枝角类中最广盐性的种类,当直接从天然海水移到高盐水中时,其耐盐上限为5(?)6~55.45‰。当逐渐提高盐度时其耐盐上限达到65(?)~74.5‰。两种情况下的耐盐下限分别为1.3~0.40‰和0.67~0.3‰。 试验表明蒙古裸腹溞在低温下耐盐幅度较宽,但从海水直接移到高盐水时以24℃下耐高盐能力最强。
The upper and lower tolerance limits of Mnina mongolica to salinity under different temperatures were tested. Tolerance limit is defined as the salinity at which 50% of mortality was occured within 24 hours.It has been shown that this cladoceran may be the most euryhaline species. If they are transferred directly from the natural seawater to the water with higher salinities, their lethal upper salinity limit is resulted as 53.6-55.45%. If they are treated with gradually increasing salinity, it has got anoth -er result as 65.2-71.5%. The lethal lower salinities limits of them were also tested as 1.36-0,40% and 0.67-0.30% respectively.The present study revealed a better tolerance of animal to a wider range of salinity at the lower temperatures, but their maximum salinity resistance is at 24℃ when the animal were directly transferied to the water with higher salinities.
