摘要
以技术创新能力对科技型中小企业影响为基础,通过调研,分析了企业技术创新的过程和方法及评价指标的意义.以一家科技型企业上市公司为例,采用模糊综合评价法对企业技术创新能力进行实例分析.实践证明,该指标体系提出的创新产出能力、创新投入能力、研究开发能力等5大具体指标和20个具体因子能影响企业的技术创新能力,有利于企业及时发现创新能力不足的环节,并加以改进和提高.
Based on composition key elements of technological innovation capability, the process and methods of set-up an evaluation indexes system with scientific research are analyzed. Then, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is selected to evaluate technological capability of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises. An assessment system in terms of fuzzy theory is established, which consists of five factors and twenty specific indicators, which can discover the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises innovation.
