摘要
创新方法对于提升科技型中小企业的创新能力至关重要。文章将创新知识分为专业知识和方法性知识,定义了创新方法的知识特性和知识转移核心要素,在充分考虑创新方法的知识特性、互联网的影响以及持续改进理念的基础上,建立了以时间维为主线,融合创新知识和创新主体的三位一体的创新能力培育模型。
Innovation method is important to improve innovation ability.The innovation acknowledge includes professional acknowledge and method acknowledge.Acknowledge attribute and key factors of innovation method are defined.Model of cultivating innovation ability is built based on acknowledge attribute of innovation method and influence of internet and idea of continuous improvement.Time and innovation acknowledge and innovation subjects are three dimensions which are indivisible whole.Time dimension is the main thread of the model.
