摘要
企业竞争优势的来源一直是企业战略管理研究的重要问题,更是每个企业管理者所关注的.基于系统和谐理论的思想,指出企业知识状态、资源、外部环境、组织结构及战略五个因素的个体功能及其之间的协同效果,最终达到五者组成系统的动态和谐,形成系统的整合力,从而源发出企业的竞争优势.据此构建数学模型,运用微量变化的方法,从定量的角度进一步识别企业的竞争优势变化,得出了六种情况,针对不同的情况,提出了企业应采取的相应措施以提高其竞争优势.
The origin of the enterprise＇s competition advantage always is the important question that business strategy management researchs and enterprise superintendents pay attention to. Based on system harmonious theory,this article suggests that of five factors the enterprise＇s knowledge state,the environment,the resources, the organizational structure and the strategy, the individual function and coordination effect ultimately achieve their dynamic harmony. It forms the system＇s entire joint forces. Thus it sends out the enterprise＇s competition advantage. According to the above this paper constructs the mathematical model, utilizes the micro change method and further distinguishes enterprise＇ s competition advantage change quantitatively. Then the author obtains six kinds of situations and proposes that the enterprise should adopt the relevant measure to enhance its competition advantage in view of the different situation.
