高粱耐盐种质筛选及耐盐种质多态性分析 被引量:10

摘要 通过对103份高粱材料的芽期和苗期耐盐性进行鉴定筛选,筛选出芽期耐盐材料22份、苗期耐盐材料7份,芽期和苗期均达2级以上的耐盐材料仅有1份。结果表明,高粱芽期比苗期表现出更好的耐盐性;58对SSR引物进行的遗传多样性分析共产生200个等位位点,平均每个位点3.448个;多态性信息含量(PIC)的变化范围为0.337~0.816,平均为0.629。聚类分析表明,28份高粱耐盐性品种的遗传距离为0.060~0.505,平均为0.378,遗传距离较小,亲缘关系较近。认为耐盐鉴定一是要扩大材料筛选范围,筛选不同遗传基础的耐盐材料;二是用芽期、苗期同时进行盐胁迫或芽期、苗期不间断进行盐胁迫处理的鉴定方法,全面地反映高粱品种的耐盐性。 By salinity tolerance screening of 103 sorghum varieties at germination and seedling stage, we screened out 22 Salt tolerance varieties in the germination stages and 7 in seedling stages but only one variety reached above the level 2 at both germination and seedling stages. The salt tolerance was better in the germination than seedling stages. 58 genetic diversities analysis of SSR primers generated 200 allelic loci and 3.448 per locus. The polymorphism information content (PIC) changed in the range of 0.337 to 0.816, with a mean value of 0.629. UPGMA cluster analysis showed that 28 of sorghum varieties of salt resistance of genetic distance was 0.060 to 0.505, with a mean of 0.378. The genetic distance was small and the genetic relationship was closed. We believed that the salt tolerance identification is better to expanding the scope of the material selection to screening salt tolerance materials of different genetic basis. The second is the germination and seedling stages with salt stress treatment at the same time or uninterrupted salt stress in the germination and seedling stages can fully reflect the salt tolerance of sorghum varieties.
