摘要
对12份棉花种质的耐盐性进行室内萌发鉴定和室外全生育期鉴定,比较其生物学性状和经济学性状发现,R4125(苏棉27耐盐选系)和R4178(通杂棉601)材料综合性状表现优异,为盐土种植棉花的首选材料,同时也可作为进一步选育新品种的重要资源。
This experiment was conducted to study the salt tolerance of 12 cotton germplasms at their germinating stages under the stress of 0.5% NaCl concentration and in the field with 0.5% - 1.0% salt. Results indicated that, R4125 and R4178 showed best in various characters after comprehensive evaluation of biological characteristics and ecological traits, which could be the first choice as varieties planted in the salt field and gemplasm resources for breeding new variety.
