摘要
首先探讨了利用CO2-H20-N2系模型研究铝液吹N2去氢精炼过程的可行性。然后利用该模拟系统,采用奥氏气体分析法和pH值测定法研究了液面上方CO2 分压对CO2水溶液去气效果的影响;探讨了工艺改变后CO2分压对去气效果的影响;讨论了湿度对铝液去气速率的影响规律以及减小其影响的具体措施.
In the present experiment the influence of CO2 pressure on degassing effect of CO2 equeous solution is studied by means of CO2-H2O-N2 simulative system with instruments of gas analysis meter and pH meter. The influence of CO2 pressure is researched while degassing process is improved. The authors have qualitatively discussed the regulation of influence of humidity on degass- ing rate of Al melt and the specific measure of reducing the influence.
