摘要
对Z325造型机浇冒系统CAD软件中直/横控制浇冒系统结构形状进行研究.根据水模实验结果分析了在这种结构中利用惯性力除渣去气的原理,提出了结构形状设计的建议.实践证明这种结构形状具有较好的除渣去气功能,在生产使用中可保证铸件的质量。
This paper gives the results of the research on construction and shape of the sprue/runner control system of gating and risering CAD software for Z325 molding machine. Accoding to the results of water simulation tests, using the principle of inertial forces the causes of removing slag and blow hole were analyzed and a proposal of designing the construction and shape of sprue/runner system was put forward. Practice proves that this sprue/runner system has good ability to remove slag and blow holes.
