摘要
用氢氟酸溶液对烟煤A进行脱灰研究,试验在温和的条件下进行,反应时间和酸的浓度对脱灰有明显的影响.脱灰率r和酸浓度x满足:r=98.5-78.9e-0.131x.τ时间后煤中矿物质会量 c(wt-%)为:100(c/co)=106.6485τ-0.691.在试验条件下得到最佳操作条件为:酸浓度20%:时间 50min;温度 60℃产物煤的灰分可降到1.0%以下。
A deashing process of bituminous coal A with hydrofluoric acid under mild conditions is carried out.The time of reaction and concentration of HF acid effect significantly on deashing ratio. Under the experimental conditions the relationship between deashing ratio (r) and acid concentration (x) is r=96. 5 - 78.9e-0.131x.The content(wt-% ) of mineral matter (ash) after reaction τmin is 100c/co = 106.548 5τ-0.691.The optimum conditions have been obtained: x20%;τ 50 min;t 60℃.On these conditions, ash content of bituminous coal A is decreased to less than 1%.
