摘要 活性炭的无机成分通常由其灼烧残渣来表征。但二者并非等同。目前,译名“灰分”不够确切,易造成误会。烟煤无机成分越多,其粘结性越低。经酸洗去除煤的无机成分,也可显著降低粘结性。一部分碱金属(尤其是碳酸盐)和少数减土金属和过渡金属,能够程度不等地促进C—H2O、C—CO2反应。活性炭的无机成分,显著影响其浸渍炭的活性、选择性和稳定性,也影响炭的表面电性质。 Abstract:The inorganic constitutents of activated carbons are usually characterized by ash. Nevertheless, the former is not identical with the latter.The Chinese term '灰分'inaccurately translated from the English term'ash'is easily to be misunderstood.The more inorganic constituents dose the coal contain,the less caking property does it show.The caking property can be markedly reduced through acid-washing to remove the inorganic constituents from coal. Some alkali metals(especially carbonates),as well as few alkaliearth metals and transition metals can promote the CH2O and the C-CO2 reactions in varying degrees.The inorganic constituents of activated carbons may finally lead to the effects on the activity, selectivity and stability of impregnated activated carbons and their surface electrical property as well.
