摘要
用以氢氟酸(HF)为主体的脱灰剂,在较温和条件下,对大同烟煤进行了连续多步骤和混合酸的脱灰研究。结果表明,用混合酸比单用氟硅酸脱灰效果更好;采用连续多步骤的脫灰工艺可制得灰分≤0.5%的高精煤。对大同烟煤脱灰前后的灰组成分析表明,高精煤中的灰分含量与其所含的硅、铁组分的质量之和呈线性关系。
The Datong bituminous coal was deashed under moderate conditions by HF H_2SiF_6 and their mixed acid. The effects of acid concentration, reaction time and temperature on the deashing ratio and the optimum deashing condition for Datong bituminous coal were investigated.The results showed that deashing effects of HF+H_2SiF_6 mixed acid were very high and those of H_2SiF_6 acid were poor. Ash contents in deashed coal could be reduced to≤0.5% by mixed acid deashing or sequential deashing of HF and H_2SiF_6 acid. Ash component analysis before and after deashing of Datong coal indicated that a linear relationship exists between ash content in deashed coal and total contents of Si and Fe in the ash.
