大孔树脂分离纯化中草药中皂苷类成分的研究进展 被引量:19

摘要 介绍了国内外大孔吸附树脂分离纯化药材和方剂中皂苷类成分的研究现状,总结了大孔树脂精制皂苷类成分的主要影响要素和数学建模方法,归纳出适合皂苷分离的大孔树脂特点。大孔树脂吸附皂苷类成分具有分离效率高,产品纯度高等特点,通过加强吸附和解吸等过程机制的研究,优化工艺参数,并开发色谱工艺控制策略可以进一步提高树脂精制效率,稳定皂苷产品质量。 This article was aimed to introduce researches on saponin purification with macroporous resin packed column chromatography both at home and abroad. Main influencing factors and mathematical modeling of chromatography process were discussed. Characteristics of macroporous resins which are recommended for saponin purification were summarized. Saponin purification with macroporous resin packed column chromatography is efficient in the obtaining of high purity saponin. Understanding of the mechanism of chromatography process, optimization of process parameters, and developing new chromatography process control strategy can be helpful to enhance separation efficiency and obtain saponins with stable quality.
