摘要
选择双硫腙为络合剂、Triton X-114为表面活性剂,以浊点萃取为样品前处理技术,富集水样中的痕量镉并用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定。对影响预富集的条件进行讨论并建立最佳条件,此方法可以应用于水样中镉的测定。在最优条件下,镉的检出限为0.015μg/L。
Cloud point extraction has been used for the preconcentration of cadmium after the formation of a complex with dithizone and later analysis by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer using Triton X-114 as surfactant. The best condition affecting the preconcentration process was chosen. This method can be successfully applied to the measurement of cadmium in water samples. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limit was O. 015μg/L for cadmium.
