5-Br-PADAP浊点萃取分光光度法测定水样中的痕量钴 被引量:4

摘要 提出了浊点萃取分光光度法测定痕量钴的新方法,方法以非离子表面活性剂TritonX-114为萃取剂,以5-Br-PADAP为显色剂对水样中痕量钴(Ⅱ)进行了测定,其最大吸收波长为λ=588nm,摩尔吸光系数为ε=2.776×105L.mol-1.cm-1,检测限为0.0265 ug.mL-1,钴含量在(0~0.35)ug.mL-1范围内服从比尔定律。该法用于水样中微量钴的测定,结果满意。 A new method for the determination of trace amount of cobalt in water by spectrometry after cloud point extraction was proposed. The color reaction of Co with 2- (5-bromo-2-pyrilazo)-5-diethylaminophenol (5-Br-PADAP) was studied with TritonX-114. the maximum wave-length of absorption of complex is 588nm .The apparent molor absorptivity of the complexε =2. 776×10^5L·mol^-1 · cm^-1, Bee's law is obeyed in the range of 0-0.35 μ g· mL^-1 for Cobalt. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of the trace Cobalt in water with satisfactory results.
