子宫内膜异位症患者血清糖类抗原CA-125检测的追踪调查 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症患者血清糖类抗原CA-125含量水平在手术前后的变化及意义。方法:用电化学发光分析法对子宫内膜异位症38例患者手术前及术后1、3、6月的血清糖类抗原CA-125含量检测,并与正常对照组35例比较。结果:子宫内膜异位症组在治疗前血清糖类抗原Cal-25水平极其显著地高于正常对照组(P<0.01),经手术治疗后1月与正常对照组比较仍有统计学差异(P<0.05);术后3、6月的检测与正常对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:子宫内膜异位症患者的发生和发展与血清糖类抗原CA-125水平密切相关,监测子宫内膜异位症患者血清糖类抗原CA-125水平的变化对了解患者病情、指导临床实践均有重要价值。
