摘要
目的探讨采用BOLD螺钉分步延期(ORIF)治疗MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折的方法和临床疗效,为临床治疗此类骨折提供参考。方法对16例MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折采用BOLD螺钉行ORIF,术后石膏固定10 d,早期功能锻炼。按照Broberg和Morrey的评定标准对肘关节功能评分。结果 16例均获随访,随访时间12～53个月,平均23个月。肘关节功能评分为92.0～100.0分,平均为98.3分;其中优15例,良1例。结论采用BOLD螺钉ORIF治疗MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折,手术创伤小、功能恢复好,是治疗成人MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折较好的方法。
Objective To explore the method and clinical results of the treatment of Mason type Ⅱ radial head fractures with BOLD screws. Methods Sixteen cases of Mason type Ⅱ radial head fractures were surgically reduced and fixed with BOLD screws. These patients were treated with plaster immobilized for 10 days after surgery. Early function exercise was done. Broherg and Morrey elbow scoring system was used to evaluate the elbow function. Results The patients were all followed up for mean 23 months （range 12-53 months）. The mean elbow score was 98. 3 （92-100）. The effectiveness was excellent in 15 cases, and good in 1 case. Conclusion Treatment of adult Mason type Ⅱ radial head fractures with BOLD screws has advantages of less trauma and better function recovery.
