摘要
目的评价人工桡骨头假体置换治疗桡骨头MasonⅢ、Ⅳ型骨折的近期临床疗效。方法 2008年10月～2011年5月,我院采用人工桡骨头假体置换治疗桡骨头MasonⅢ、Ⅳ型骨折患者7例,其中MasonⅢ型6例,MasonⅣ型1例。结果术后随访6～24个月(平均16个月),无1例关节松动情况,肘关节功能正常,根据Mackay和Carn疗效评定标准分为3级:优4例,良2例,可1例。结论人工桡骨头假体置换针对复杂的MasonⅢ、Ⅳ型桡骨头粉碎性骨折是目前行之有效的方法,术前评估、术中操作以及术后康复是关键所在,患者能恢复正常肘关节功能,近期疗效满意。
Objective To evaluate the short-term clinical effectiveness of the artificial radial head prosthesis replacement for radial head Mason Ⅲ and Ⅳ fractures. Methods From October 2008 to May 2011,the artificial radial head prosthesis replacement was performed on 6 cases of the radial head Mason Ⅲ fractures and one case of Mason Ⅳ fractures. Results After the operation patients were followed up for 6-24 months（average 16 months）.There was no joint loosing.The elbow function was normal.According to the criteria of Mackay and Carn,4,2 and 1 obtained excellent,good and fair results respectively. Conclusion Artificial radial head prosthesis replacement on complex Mason Ⅲ,Ⅳ type comminuted fracture of the radial head is the effective method.Preoperative assessment,manipulation during the operation,and postoperative rehabilitation are the keys.Patients can resume normal elbow function during the operation,and the short-term effectiveness is satisfied.
