Herbert螺钉治疗MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折疗效分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的比较采用Herbert螺钉手术与非手术治疗MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折的疗效,为临床治疗该类骨折方式的选择提供参考。方法对26例MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折的治疗情况进行回顾分析,其中15例采用手术内固定治疗,11例采用非手术治疗。结果本组获得随访15～46个月,肘关节功能评分:手术组平均93.3分,极好9例,好4例,一般2例,优良率为86.7%。非手术组平均81.5分,极好3例,好4例,一般4例,优良率63.6%。手术组明显优于非手术治疗组(P<0.01)。结论运用Herbert螺钉手术治疗MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折在关节活动、肌力和功能恢复方面较非手术治疗有明显优势,建议首选手术治疗。
