摘要
以产油酵母菌Y1为试验菌株,通过对出发菌株Y1的最佳微波诱变时间确定、诱变后菌株初筛和复筛后得到一株突变菌株Y13,测得Y13的油脂产量4.39 g/L、油脂含量22.09%,比出发菌株Y1油脂产量2.11 g/L、含油量9.6%明显提高。因此,菌株Y13可作为后续摇瓶发酵产脂研究的试验菌株。
The mutant strain Y13 was isolated by the time of optimum microwave mutagenesis, mutagenic strains of screening and re-screening within oleaginous yeast Y1. The results showed that Y13 was significantly improved in oil production and content, the oil production reached 4.39 g/L from 2.11 g/L and the content reached 22.09% from 9.6%, respectively. It is feasible to employ Y13 as original strains using shake-flask fermentation for lipid-producing.
