产油酵母菌的筛选及其摇瓶发酵条件的优化 被引量:3

摘要 从云杉树枝中筛选出1株高产油脂酵母菌Y-3,通过单因素试验对该菌发酵培养基的碳源、氮源、无机盐和培养条件(接种量、摇床转速、pH值、温度、时间等)进行了研究。结果表明,用酵母菌Y-3生产油脂的最适碳源和氮源分别为葡萄糖和硫酸铵,最适培养条件为:接种量为20%,初始pH值为6,培养温度为28℃,转速为160r/min,培养时间为6d。 A yeast named Y-3 with high oil-producing capacity was screened from spruce. The research was done on the respect of C-source, N-source and cultivation conditions by single factors experiment using the biomass, the content of microbial oils. The optimal fermentation conditions were decided as follows: the optimal carbon and nitrogen source for Y-3 to produce microbial oil were glucose and (NH4)2SO4, the optimal culture conditions at that the amount of inoculation was 20%, initial pH was 6.0, fermentation temperature was 28 ℃, rotational speed was 160 r/min and culture time was 6 d.
