摘要
文章借鉴情绪感染理论,认为图书馆要做好读者服务工作,应从树立管理读者情绪的意识;打造好图书馆内部的服务链;加强对馆员的情绪管理;实现与读者有效的沟通;培养良好的图书馆组织文化等方面来感染读者的情绪。
In the paper,an analysis on how to do the readers service work in library based on the emotional contagion theory was carried out.It was discussed from four aspects of the reader mood,e.g.,to establish the management of emotional awareness,create a good internal library service chain,strengthen the emotional management of librarians,make effective communication with readers and train good library organization culture.
