丹东青蛤野生群体数量性状的相关分析 被引量:8

Correlation analysis of quantitative traits of wild clam Cyclina sinensis in coastal Dandong

摘要 从丹东采集的青蛤Cyclina sinensis野生群体中随机选取300枚3龄个体,测量其壳长、壳高、壳宽和活体质量,采用相关分析、回归分析和通径分析等方法研究了4个数量性状之间的相关性以及各形态性状对活体质量的影响。结果表明:4个数量性状间的相关性均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);壳高对活体质量的直接作用为0.742,是影响活体质量的最大因素,而壳长和壳宽对活体质量的直接作用分别为0.165、0.079,虽然与活体质量的相关程度很大,但二者对活体质量的直接影响都很小,如果以提高丹东青蛤活体质量为选育目标,应该对壳高进行选择。运用多元回归分析方法建立了以活体质量(Y)为因变量,以壳高(X3)为自变量的回归方程为Y=-51.236+1.745X3。 The shell length, shell height, shell width and live body weight were measured in 300 individuals of clam Cyclina sinensis (3 years old) sampled from wild population in coastal Dandong, Liaoning province, and the correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis were used to evaluate the correlation among the traits measured and the influence of three morphological characters on live body weight. The results showed that there was very significant correlation among shell length, shell height, shell width, and live body weight(P〈0.01 ). Among the three morphological traits, shell height showed the maximal direct impact on live body weight(0.742), as the key effective factor on live body weight, and shell width and shell length had the direct effect on the live body weight, 0. 165 for shell length and 0.079 for shell wide, slightly direct impact on live body weight, even though there was close relationship in correlation efficient. The findings indicate that the shell height is the optimal indicator for improvement of live body weight among morphological traits. The regression equation about shell height(X3 ) and live body weight (Y) was established through multiple regression analysis as: Y=-51. 236+1. 745X3.
