南澳青蛤(Cyclina sinensis)野生群体数量性状间的相关及通径分析 被引量:24

Correlation and path analysis of quantitative traits for natural population of Cyclina sinensis in Nan'ao Island

摘要 于2009年9月,从南澳岛野生青蛤群体中随机选取162枚1-2龄的个体,测量形态性状(壳长、壳高、壳宽)和活体重,采用相关分析、回归分析、通径分析等方法研究了四个数量性状之间的相关性在影响活重量方面的作用。结果表明,四个数量性状间的相关性均达到显著水平(P<0.05),相关系数从0.732到0.880;对活体重影响最大的因素是壳长,其值达16.26%。壳高与壳长间的协同作用对活体重的间接影响最大,其值为25.87%,壳宽的作用最小。以活体重(Y)为因变量,壳长(x1)、壳高(x2)、壳宽(x3)为自变量建立的回归方程为:Y=60.3203+0.9134x1+0.8113x2+0.6410x3(R2=0.8641)。本研究结果表明,以提高重量为选育目标,应首先对壳长进行选择,同时加强对壳高的协同选择,为青蛤的选择育种提供理论依据。 One hundred and sixty two individuals of Cyclina sinensis(1-2 years old) were sampled from the natural population,and their three morphological traits(shell length,shell height,shell width) and total weight were measured in September,2009.The correlation analysis,multiple regression analysis and path analysis were used to estimate the correlation among the traits measured and the influence of three morphological characters on total weight.The results showed that there was significant correlation among shell length,shell height,shell width,and total weight(P〈0.05),and correlation coefficient ranged from 0.732 to 0.880.Among three morphological traits,shell length and shell width separately made the largest and smallest direct impact on total weight,and their values were up to 25.87% and 16.26%,respectively;shell length and shell height made the largest indirect influence on total weight,and its' value was up to 25.87%.The regression equation about shell length(x1),shell height(x2),shell width(x3) and total weight(Y) was established through multiple regression analysis just as followed:Y =-60.3203 + 0.9134x1 + 0.8113x2 + 0.6410x3(R^2 = 0.8641).The present results provide a theoretical reference for selection breeding in C.sinensis.Shell length could be used as the first important trait for the selection breeding of C.sinensis,meanwhile,shell height should be considered.
