摘要
在当今瞬息万变、高度复杂的商业环境里,企业绩效评价系统面临3C时代所带来的挑战与冲击。本文从国内外企业绩效评价体系的界定出发,对我国企业绩效评价体系构建存在的问题与成因进行分析,并提出构建和完善的对策。
In the constantly changing and highly complicated commercial environment, enterprise performance evaluation system faces challenge and impact in the 3C era. Proceeding from the defi- nition of enterprise performance evaluation system at home and abroad, existing problems in the structure of our enterprise performance evaluation system and their causes are analysed and countermeasures to construct and perfect are put forward.
