摘要
目的 研究复方中药对大鼠坐骨神经损伤后感觉神经元超微结构的变化。方法 雄性SD大鼠 12只 ,根据术后用药的不同随机分成中药组与对照组 ,每组 6只大鼠。选择左侧坐骨神经切断加近端神经双重结扎的模型。于术后 7、14、2 8d取L5背根神经节 ,按常规方法制成切片后 ,在电镜下观察感觉神经元的变化。结果 对照组的背根神经节感觉神经元 ,其超微结构随着时间的推移 ,线粒体肿胀 ,及线粒体嵴、基质丢失 ,细胞核逐渐变小 ,核质淡渐稀疏 ,卫星细胞与神经元从紧密相连到与其分离。中药组神经元的超微结构基本正常。结论 复方中药对周围神经损伤后相应的感觉神经元有一定的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the influence of compound herbs on the ultrastructural changes of sensory neurons after sciatic nerve injury in rats.Methods Twelve male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into herbs group and control group, with 6 each. Sciatic nerve injury model was set up by transection of the left sciatic nerve and double ligation of the proximal stump. L 5 dorsal root ganglia (DRG) were harvested and the ultrastructure of the sensory neurons was observed at postoperative day 7, day 14, and day 28.Results In control group, the changes of DRG sensory neuron ultra structure include: mitochondria swelling, loss of mitochondria crest and matrix, decreased nuclear size, scattered nucleoplasm, and satellite cell detachment from the neuron cell body. The ultra structure of the sensory neurons in the herb group was near normal.Conclusion Compound herbs play a certain role in protection of the sensory neurons following peripheral nerve injury.
