摘要
目的:总结腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎的经验体会。方法:连续硬膜外麻醉,取头低脚高仰卧位,单孔法,钳夹、切断及结扎阑尾系膜,阑尾根部双重结扎。结果:12例中转开腹,余384例完成手术。30例放置负压引流管引流。结论:腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗阑尾可取得满意效果。
Objective： To introduce the experience of Laparoscopic Appendectomy （ LA ）. Method： The patients with appendicitis received epidural anesthesia,trocar was inserted via a single -incision at the umbilicus part. Appendectomy was performed out of the abdominal cavity, cut off and ligated appengicular mesenterium ,and appendicular root was double ligated. Result： LA was successfully performed in 384 cases except for transforming laparotomy in 12 cases. Tube drainage were placed occurred in 30 cases. Conclusion： LA is a safe and effective treatment for appendicitis.
