摘要
目的 了解海洋石油企业离退休人员的健康状况和影响因素。方法 对居住在中国海洋石油南海西部公司基地的离退休人员进行问卷调查。调查内容包括 :社会人口学特征、常见慢性病患病情况、常见症状近期发生情况、吸烟及饮酒等健康相关行为。结果 危害公司离退休人员健康的主要常见慢性病是 :骨关节病、慢性胃病、高血压、心脏病、慢性肾脏疾病。复合患病的多少与年龄、经常参加体育锻炼、离退休前从事行政管理工作呈正相关。近期症状发生率排在前 5位的是 :记忆力减退、骨关节痛、头痛、头晕、失眠。离退休人员症状发生量和频率高低与复合患病指数呈正相关 ,而与经常体育锻炼呈负相关。结论 骨关节病、慢性胃病、高血压、心脏病、慢性肾脏疾病及记忆力减退、骨关节痛、头痛、头晕。
Objective To investigate the health condition and its influencing factors among the retired workers of offshore oil enterprise.Methods The retired workers living in the base of The China Offshore Oil Nanhai West Corporation were inquired with a structure questionnaire including socio demographic characteristics,common occur chronic diseases and symptoms,smoking and drinking behaviors,etc.Results The five most common occur chronic diseases were bone and joint diseases,stomach diseases,hypertension,heart diseases and kidney diseases.The number of co morbidity was associated positively with age,active physical exercise and those doing manage work before retirement.The five most common occur symptoms were deteriorate memory,bone and joint pain,headache,dizziness,and insomnia,and the number of symptoms was associated positively with the number of co morbidity but negatively with active physical exercise.Conclusions Bone and joint diseases,chronic stomach diseases,hypertension,heart diseases,chronic kidney diseases,deteriorate memory,bone and joint pain,headache,dizziness and insomnia are the most common occur diseases and symptoms affecting the health of retired workers
