摘要
目的 了解海洋石油企业离退休人员幸福度现况及其影响因素。方法 对本企业离退休人员进行问卷调查 ,内容包括 :幸福度、社会人口学特征、患病、近期有关症状发生、主观健康评价、健康相关行为、参加社会活动等。结果 15 30名离退休人员总幸福度得分为 (30 .78± 8.89)分 ,其中正性情感 (5 .15± 2 .93)分、负性情感 (2 .5 0± 2 .5 9)分、正性体验 (7.95± 3.87)分、负性体验 (3.82± 3.2 8)分。进一步多元逐步回归分析提示 :年龄、性别、婚姻状况、文化程度、主观健康评价、症状指数、是否经常参加社会活动对离退休人员的幸福度有显著影响。结论 本企业离退休人员晚年生活基本幸福美满 ,年龄、性别、婚姻状况、文化程度、主观健康评价、症状指数。
Objective To investigate the life satisfaction and its influence factors of the retired offshore oil enterprise workers. Methods The retired workers of the China Offshore Oil Nanhai West Corporation were inquired with a questionnaire, which included life satisfaction, demographic traits, chronic disease condition, symptoms in recent period, subjective health assessment, health related behaviors, social activities participation, etc. Results Altogether 1 530 retired workers were successfully investigated. The mean score of life satisfaction was(30 78±8 89) with positive feeling(5 15±2 93), negative feeling(2 50±2 59), positive experiment(7 95±3 87) and negative experiment(3 82±3 28). Further multiple stepwise regression analysis indicated that age,sex,marital status, educational level,subjective health assessment, symptom index and social activities participation were the main factors associated with the life satisfaction of the retired workers significantly. Conclusions The late life of the retired workers in our corporation is quite happy. Age,sex,marital status,educational level,subjective health assessment,symptom index and social activities participation are considered to be the main influence factors of life satisfaction among the retired workers.
