摘要
虚拟社区是互联网使用户互动后产生的一种社会群体,它利用Web2.0技术为社区用户提供信息交互平台。虚拟社区作为目前最流行的交流互动系统,被应用到多种社会领域。但是,在虚拟社区给个人和企、事业单位带来便利与发展优势的同时,可能产生如信息超载、责任不明确、可操控性差等问题。因而,从完善管理制度、正确引导网络舆论、营造良好社区文化、注重社区成员均衡发展、提高社区凝聚力、加强社区个性化舞台建设这六方面来改善虚拟社区状况能更好地促进其发展。
The virtual community is a social group in which the Internet makes the interaction much stronger among users. Virtual community is considered to be the most popular system of interaction, and it is applied to a variety of social fields, but the virtual community not only benefits to individuals and enterprises, but also brings many problems, such as information overload, unclear responsibility and poor handing. Thus, to improve the management system, to guide public option in the network, to create a good community culture, to pay attention to the balanced development of the community members, to improve community cohesion, and to strengthen community personalized stage construction of community conditions can promote their development better.
