摘要
以河北省邯郸市为例,从信息获取途径、信息需求类型、图书馆的利用程度、利用图书馆存在的障碍等方面,对社会各阶层民众进行了调查分析,提出了高校图书馆在满足社会读者信息需求、推进社会化服务方面的建议和对策。
Taking Handan City of Hebei Province as an example,this paper carries on the investigation and analysis on the people of different social classes from aspects of the channels of information obtaining, the types of information requirements, the utilization extent of the library, and the the barriers in library utilization, etc., and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for university library to meet the information needs of social readers and promote the social services.
