摘要
虚拟社区为人们提供了一个更开放和更方便的信息交流平台,是近年来国内外学者研究的一个热点问题。论文从虚拟社区的信息交流和知识共享、用户行为以及商业应用这3个方面对虚拟社区的研究现状进行了分析,同时指出了虚拟社区研究存在的问题以及未来的研究方向:在信息传播和知识共享方面,深入挖掘虚拟社区信息传播和知识共享模式,同时制定有效的引导机制;在用户行为方面,加强对如何利用虚拟社区推进社会健康、和谐的发展这方面的研究;在商业应用方面,微博的商业价值需要深入探索。
The virtual community provides a more open and convenient information exchange platform for people and it is a hot issue in recent years.This paper analysed on the investigation and forecast of virtual community from information exchange and knowledge sharing,users＇ behavior,business application.And then proposed the shortage and future research direction of virtual community：In information transmission and knowledge sharing,studying information transmission and knowledge sharing model and developing effective leading mechanism deeply;In users behavior,using virtual community to make social healthy and harmonious still is main issue;In business application,business worth of microblog needs to be studied deeply.
