摘要
用马来酸包夹硅胶基质制备出一种新型弱阳离子色谱柱填料,该填料具有良好的色谱性能,可以较好地分离碱金属离子、碱土金属离子及一价胺离子。另外该填料可同时分离一价、二价金属阳离子。本文还考察了流动相的pH值和浓度对溶质保留的影响。
A new kind of weak cation stationary phase was prepared with poly maleic acid encapsulated silica matrix. This weak cation silica column has superior separation ability for the alkaline metal, alkaline earth metal and monovalent amine cations. Moreover, the sepa- ration of monovalent and divalent cations can be well obtained in the same ion chro- matographic condition. The influences of pH and the concentration of eluent on the retention of metal cations have been studied.
