摘要
LEGO NXT机器人是一个非常优秀的工程教学实验平台,不论对于中学生的创新竞赛还是高校理工类相关课程的实验都能满足其需求。通过NXT机器人的控制器、传感器和伺服电机搭建成双轮直立的机器人平台,应用PID控制方法实现其双轮自平衡条件下的站立与运动。并基于LabVIEWNXT机器人工具包提出了一种新的数据采集方法,能够实现对NXT机器人在运行中的各项数据进行采集,分析与显示。本平台可以提高了学生动手实践及独立思考的能力,也说明NXT机器人平台可以完全应用于高校工程教育的控制类实验教学。
LEGO NXT robot,meeting the requirements of both middle-school and university of engineering students' innovation competition,provides an excellent experimental platform. The experimental platform basing on the cQntroller, sensors,and the servo motors of LEGO NXT robotic module is conducted by the PID control method to implement the double-wheel self-balancing function with the upright robot. Based on LEGO NXT robotic module,there's a new method of data acquisition,data analysis and data display to track the real-time states while the robot's running. The experimental platform is used for improving students' independent thinking and the practical ability, at the same time, it is confirmed that the platform of LEGO NXT robot is suitable for the university engineering education of control specialty.
