摘要
柔性显示屏能够真正应用需要评价的关键参数之一是抗弯曲和扭曲特性,为满足柔性显示屏的弯曲和扭曲测试需求,基于LabVIEW设计开发了可用于柔性显示屏样品进行弯曲或扭曲测试,并能够追踪样品在弯曲或扭曲测试过程中亮度、色坐标和功率等参数变化的测试系统。首先,通过设计适用于柔性显示屏的弯曲扭曲结构作为夹持并对柔性样品动作的机械设备。接着,通过编写上位机LabVIEW程序,集成控制弯曲扭曲测试设备、亮度计、源表等部分协同工作,能够对测试样品进行反复弯曲或扭曲,并在测试过程中对柔性显示屏采集的数据进行实时显示和保存。测试系统对样品的弯曲角度从0~270°内任意可调,扭曲角度在0~180°内任意可调,亮度计和源表能对样品快速精准测量,通过上位机LabVIEW程序控制即可实现整个系统自动化测试。
In recent years, flexible display has developed rapidly. One of the key parameters that need to be evaluated for flexible display is the anti-bending/twisting characteristics. To meet the bending and twisting test requirements of flexible displays, we developed a test system that can tracks changes in sample parameters such as brightness, color coordinates, and power during bending or twisting testing based on LabVIEW. First, we designed a mechanical structure which can bend or twist a flexible display screen. Then, by writing the LabVIEW program of the host computer, we can control bending and twisting test equipment, the brightness meter, the source meter and make them work together to bend or twist the test sample repeatedly, as well as displaying and saving data during the test. Through the control of the LabVIEW program, the whole system can be fully automated:the bending angle of the test system on the sample can be adjusted from 0 to 270°, the twist angle can be adjusted from 0 to 180°, and the samples can be measured quickly by brightness meter and source meter.
