摘要
目的 报告FPM化疗方案在晚期卵巢上皮性癌治疗中的应用和随访结果。方法 从 1984年 1月至 1998年 12月治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期卵巢上皮癌 12 0例。病例除手术治疗外还全部用FPM(5 -Fu、DDP、MMC)化疗方案化疗。结果 3年生存率为 83 3 % ,5年生存率为 6 2 5 %。影响化疗疗效的主要因素为 :残留肿瘤大小、淋巴结清扫与否和术后是否充分化疗。结论 晚期卵巢上皮癌的术前化疗可为手术治疗和手术彻底性创造条件 ,手术彻底可为化疗方法治愈肿瘤提供机会 ,充分化疗对生存率有重要影响。
Objective To report the application of FPM(5Fu、DDP、MMC)regimen in late stage ovarian epithelial cancer and the results of treatment.Methods From Jan.1984 to Dec.1998, 120 patients with stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ ovarian epithelial cancer received chemotherapy of FPM regimen besides surgical treatment.Results The 3-yea survival rate was 83.3%,and the 5-year survival rate was 62.5% in this series.The factors of influencing the results of chemotherapy were the size of residual tumor、lymphadenectomy or non lymphadenectomy and full systematic chemotherapy of FMP regimen.Conclusions It might create conditions of surgical treatment and thorough resection of tumor to give pre operative chemotherapy in late stage ovarian cancer,cuting tumor off thoroughly,might create a recovery chance to cure the tumor with chemotherapy and thorough chemotherapy might have an important effect on 5 year survival rate.
