摘要
针对磷化工厂黄磷炉控制系统现状及黄磷生产工艺特性,该文以新建黄磷炉生产装置为契机,设计了整体提高生产装置自动化水平的方案,给出了基于PLC的黄磷炉控制系统的设计,设计内容包括PLC硬件配置、网络配置、软件设计及PLC监控内容,实现了黄磷生产的自动化控制,生产运行平稳安全,生产效率得到提高,经济效益逐步改善。
Aiming at the status quo of yellow phosphorus furnace control system and the production process of yellow phosphorus in phosphating plant,this paper designs an overall plan to improve the automation level of production plant with new yellow phosphorus furnace as an opportunity,and gives the control system of yellow phosphorus furnace based on PLC.The design content includes the PLC hardware disposition,the network disposition,the software design and the PLC monitoring content,has realized the yellow phosphorus production automation control,the production movement steadily safe,the production efficiency enhances,the economic efficiency improves gradually.
