摘要
通过对控制步进电机常采用的加减速算法进行深入研究,得到一种只需给定位移量和运行时间即可实现短位移高响应的S型曲线加减速控制算法;提出了一种基于PLC的速度曲线离散化方法,利用对PLC在线编程改变S型曲线的参数,从而实现PLC直接控制步进电机完成S型曲线加减速控制。现场应用表明,该控制算法响应速度快,控制方法简单有效,稳定可靠。
A new method of S shape speed curve control in short displacement with a high-response for stepper is presented in this paper by researching stepper speed control method deeply,which only need to specify two parameters-displacement and motional time.The speed control is realized based on PLC which can be programmed online.In this paper the speed curve is discredited based on PLC,consequently accurate control of acceleration and deceleration of stepper is realized with advantages of high response and high effectiveness.
